These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Zylo Perfume (“Zylo”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Orders are placed through WhatsApp or other channels we provide and are confirmed only when our team confirms availability, price and delivery details with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Prices & payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees, if any, are confirmed before you pay. Payment options are confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays and peak periods. See Shipping & Returns.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our returns policy and applicable UAE consumer protection law.

Product use

Zylo car perfumes are for external use on fabrics and in the air. Follow the directions on the label and on our how-to-use page. Keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes and skin, do not spray while driving, and do not store in direct sunlight or above 50°C.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Zylo name, logo, images and text — belongs to Zylo and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zylo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
